The experience was very weird.. I applied online for an "Intern in Global Sales" position and was pleasantly surprised to get a mail back from them within 2 hours asking for the best time for an interview. Phone interview was scheduled for the next day and I received the call from an HR lady on time. Her first and only question was whether or not I would be able to provide a confirmation of studies from my university (since it is an internship). I said that it will definitely be possible, on which she insisted me to check with my uni again and let her know by e-mail. After few minutes I sent her an e-mail confirmation that there is no problem about the confirmation of studies. Her reply was yet another question about my nationality (which is not French) and after responding to it I never heard from them again. Sent 2 follow up e-mails - no result. Tried to call on the phone of an interviewer - every time go directly to the voicemail. I would understand if they would reject my application - but responding so quickly in the beginning and then cutting off all the communication later seems very weird and unprofessional to me. Very disappointed. Thought much better of this large and fast growing company.
