I first heard from a recruiter via e-mail to set up time for a phone interview. I gave her my preferred times/dates and she scheduled me to talk with someone a few days after. I talked with a girl on the phone and we chatted about what I liked about my past jobs and also some situations I have experienced in past jobs (working with a frustrated customer, times I worked well in a team). After that, I got another e-mail week or so later asking for times/dates to schedule an onsite interview. For that, I went in and took a tour of the office, met with a supervisor and then met with a real Account Coordinator to have a demonstration of CoverMyMeds. I really liked that I got an in-depth look at the website and that the Account Coordinator was there for me to ask questions about their experience. It felt very thorough and that I was getting a lot of time to chat about my concerns and questions.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time in the interview process. The recruiter kept in contact with me pretty frequently and the people I met with in person were super friendly and helpful.

You have a phone interview, and then move onto a typical interview with a manager who asks the basic interview questions, if you do well you move onto a project day. You are give time to study and then you do a mock call to get a feel for what the AC role entails
