I applied on the company website. They contacted me the very next day by email to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, I had to complete 2 online assessments which were fairly quick to complete. After a few days I was contacted to set up an in person interview. The interview consisted of a tour of the facility, a formal interview, and an interactive role play. They called this "project day". A day after the interview I was told that my references were being contacted. They made a great effort to keep me in the loop which I appreciated. After about a week I was offered the position! I was very happy with the process!

The interviewers felt like peers and were very welcoming. They made every attempt to set me up for success. It made the process less stressful. Just be prepared and you will do great!
