I applied online and then I was asked to answer few questions by the hiring manger via email. It then followed by two phone interviews followed by a zoom interview. First phone interview was with the hiring manager, second was with the HM and his manager. Zoom interview has 3 rounds - Rounds were with HM, vertical head and team members.

The whole process took about 2 months. They send out an email asking basic questions about why you want to work for the company and if you’re willing to relocate, etc. If they like your answers they schedule you for an online interview. For my first interview, the interviewer was a no show. I emailed about waiting for them to start the call and was emailed 5 minutes after the interview slot was over telling me they thought canceling it on their calendar would notify me to reschedule. Not a huge problem for me, the interview was rescheduled. There was nothing unusual for the first and second rounds of interviews; basic questions with management and members of the team you’d potentially work with. For the third interview, I was asked to come meet with them in person. I am out of state so I was asked to fly into Washington for this interview. They did not pay for anything when inviting me out for this interview. I had to pay for the whole thing myself (flights, accommodation, car, etc.).
