Meeting with the CEP, Christian, was incredibly pleasant. We had a great conversation about both my experience, his experience and his vision for his company. I applied directly through the company job posting and was contacted by Christian to schedule the interview. We ended our conversation with setting a firm date for a second interview - I was stoked! Within 24 hours, I was sent a cancellation of the interview with no context other than they “reviewed my skills and decided I wasn’t a good fit” - I asked for further clarification, as this second conversation was schedule while we were on the video call together. I received no response or explanation.
