First we had a phone screen interview . This was very long and lasted almost an hour. They ask a lot of repetitive questions. This interview is recording and shared with other people in management. If they liked your phone screen interview then next there is an in person interview (approximately 30 min) with the supervision at the station you will be working. Come prepared to ask them any questions that you might have about the job/company.
