phone call, very basic, they called me and tried to get me into their company and tried so hard even though i was kind of skeptical. They did a phone call, then they did a web cam interview , and finally i met with the regional vice president at a starbucks in our school ( very informal). AND like i said, they tried to get me into it.

Straight forward and informative. You go through a couple of rounds of group interviews and then a phone call with the VP. Then an in-person interview at some location (Probably not now with covid).

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez College Works Painting (Detroit, MI) en déc. 2021

3 rounds, one with district manager, one with President, and another I forgot. They like to hire people who played sports in high school and people who work hard. Ask if you have transportation and make sure you understand the internship is a painting business where you go D2D for leads.
