J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Code Computerlove (Manchester, Angleterre) en avr. 2025
Entretien
The process included a friendly initial chat with the CTO about my experience and their work. Then I was given a take-home project. The final stage was a pair programming session with the principal frontend engineer to enhance my solution. I was told it's fine to use GitHub Copilot, but in the rejection feedback, they surprisingly mentioned it as a negative. 🙂

Question 1
They asked how I test the accessibility of my projects.

Chat with CEO followed by take home online coding task and chat on the task. Easy going conversation, and felt no judgement. Quick responses after the interview stages as well.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Code Computerlove (Manchester City Centre, England) en mai 2014
Entretien
Recommended through a contact who worked at Code. My first interview felt more like an informal chat than an interview and everyone seemed really nice. I was then invited back for a second interview which was more structured which a brief to present based on an existing client and how I'd approach the project. I was in another job at the time and Code were accommodating to hold the interviews before working hours and over lunch which made it really easy. I was called the day after the interview with the job offer and sent the contract the following week.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They genuinely wanted to get to know me, so the usual what my background was, why I wanted to change jobs, why Code, why digital etc. There were some more specific ones on examples of the types of projects I'd worked on, tools used, how handled certain situations. And the presentation was to see how I'd approach a certain client project, so all questions I would expect. No crazy Google-style questions!
