My initial contact was through a recruiter, with whom I had a brief phone interview before I officially submitted an application. After that, I was brought into the office for four 30-minute interviews (two over Skype and two face-to-face.) I received feedback early on and was brought in for a final interview the following week. The entire process only took two weeks, from the initial phone interview to the formal offer.
