Firstly, I interviewed with the VP of marketing. She was lovely and truly cared about whether I would find joy and satisfaction within the role. I was then called in for a second interview with someone at the management level, who this position would directly report to. Finally, I interviewed with 2 other members of the team who this position would collaborate with. Everyone was welcoming and open when answering any of my questions. Although I did not receive the job, it was a generally positive experience.
