Manager looked at my resume and asked me about my background, why I wanted the job. How comfortable I was with not being lead. Interviewer was uncomfortable and thought my resume was not suited to the job. Second interviewer asked what my level of experience was in the new role. What sorts of advice I would give him for innovation based on my current role.
