Initially contacted by a recruiter to apply for a job. 2 weeks after I applying I got a phone screen. After that it took a week to hear back and ended up being scheduled for 2 video interviews through WebEx. Almost all questions were technical and about Object-Oriented Programming, Software Development Methodologies and Computer Networking. The whole process took 3 months in total.
