The interviews were though Visual Tele-conference with 2 management VPs, and it was a very pleasant experience. They asked me questions regarding leadership, future career goal, team spirit as well as my understanding about management. One of the VPs even replied my thank you letter, and I was really happy about his kindness. During the entire interview, their attitude were very nice, which relieved a lot of my pressure.

Interview was very relaxing. The interviewer was clearly having a sleepy day and was dozing off most of the time. I am sorry that he still had to spend 30 minutes interviewing me. I felt no pressure and had a comfortable conversation with him.
