Received a call inviting me to come in for an interview, came in, quick interview with the business manager, head administrator, and then met the doctors I would be supporting. We wrapped everything into one day since I was coming from out of state.

Long 4 month process. Once it got started everything moved quickly. 4 interviews then the hiring process is long. You will be able to give previous employer more than enough notice.
