After sharing all required documents and confirming my last working day, I was informed that my profile was "under process" and the offer would be released soon. However, from that point onwards, there was no follow-up or communication neither via email nor phone. After investing considerable effort and navigating through each stage, this lack of response feels disappointing. Feedback for CHUBB: Clear and timely communication post-interview is essential to maintain trust and candidate confidence. A smoother onboarding or post-selection experience would reflect well on CHUBB's commitment to talent acquisition and candidate care.
