The first interview was very casual and easy- it's mostly getting to know you and your background. I had a second interview with management that was more role specific and I felt that it had gone really well. I was told that I'd hear back within a few days to talk about the next steps. They told me that when they find good people, they like to work through the interview process quickly. I was so excited. A week went by and nothing. I reached out to the manager that interviewed me and never got a response. For a company that is seemingly doing amazing things, I never expected to get ghosted with no explanation. Even a simple email telling me they went in another direction would have been great. Please keep this in mind if you interview - We all deserve management that will give honest, constructive feedback vs misleading and ignoring.
