Applied 3/1, contacted for an interview in May. I would be leary that this company does not value the strategic hr role. They've dumped it under ops and now decide they need to hire hr specific roles at 200+ employees. Because these functions were handled by ops it should be a red flag to anyone that they don't see much value in the HR role.

The initial interview was conducted by someone in business ops who clearly googled interview questions. Nothing remotely related to the position especially since this was for an opportunity in hr.
