J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Charlie Health en nov. 2020
Entretien
I was recruited by Charlie Health via LinkedIn for a role but I wasn't told what role. I took the call because I believe in networking and the mission sounded compelling. I spoke to two people on their team with promises right away they would "hire me" (odd) but also fielded questions about people I know in the industry, some of which made me uncomfortable. Felt like they were fishing for information, not seeking to hire. I did follow up but never heard back. My advice to those who are quickly being offered a job in exchange for information -- be careful what you disclose.

Question 1
Q: High level questions personal to my experience, past employers
HR reps were incredible and very communicative. But the process is long and requires an IQ test, which was interesting. I made it to the very end, but didn't receive an offer.
Thorough but thoughtful process. Consistent communication with both the recruiter and hiring manager and everyone was kind and respectful. Case study requires some work and time investment, but that effort felt reciprocated from the hiring managers in the presentation and review.

What kind of company asks candidates to take an IQ test before moving on to the next round??? What a waste of time. Everything about this company is a huge red flag.
