I applied online twice for this job and did not meet the HR-Recruiter guidelines because I had too much education. I had to call the supervisor directly to get an interview. I was told I could not take the position I wanted, and was offered a less promising position. I took it due to current economy. It took a week for them to offer me position. It took over a month for HR to complete the new hire process, requiring multiple phone calls for each step to be processed. I have never in over 20 years of work experience had to make so many phone calls and emails for a job.
