J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Carolina Title Loans

Filled the app out on Thursday and received a phone call from the recruiter on Friday. The first interview was simple and it last not even 15 minutes. I received a call from the hiring manager on Monday asking for a face to face interview. When I pulled up to the building I knew I did not want to work for this company it was in a bad neighborhood and the building was very old and unstable. The interview was very easy and unprofessional. The manager wasn't even sure what position I applied for. Once I told her which position I applied for she begins to tell me the company usually hires from within for a manager position so basically I would have to take a customer service position. She ask that I give her a call to set up the next interview. I decided not to give her a call because I didn't want to waste anymore of her time or my time.

Entretien
I was called for a phone interview, very detailed and pleasant. I was asked to come in for a 2nd in person interview at a local branch which was also very in depth about what the company was about and what the company needed in order to succeed. I then was called for a 2nd phone interview to follow up and was asked to meet with the Regional Manager for a second in person interview to discuss salary and intents. It was all very thorough and informative. Within 24 hours after my last interview I received a phone call and was offered an SR position, but the ability to promote would depend on how successful and driven to succeed was.
