The interview included a short behavioral interview and a 4-5 hour test patent review which included reading patents and writing an analysis on the subject. Very similar to the work expected for the job.

I thought the interview process was very smooth, and the interviewers were very upfront about the job requirements, and employment terms. Further, there were multiple interviews, and I received an offer the same day.
