Entretien
Reasonably straight forward but at times the panel seemed poorly prepared. The level of the role was discussed inconsistently which was disconcerting. The eventual offer was not as was discussed in the interview.

Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case

At first, HR told me there are 1 phone interview and 1 Teams interview. However, I had 3-rounds phone interviews.

Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
