the interview process was super fun everybody was energetic and wanted to learn more about business, also all of the needs for the company are very straightforward, and to the point.

This company is beyond sketchy and a total scam. I had been applying to a ton of jobs when they had reached out to me for an interview. I couldn't remember ever applying to this position and couldn't find any evidence of submitting an application which stood out to me as odd. However, I must admit I was lured in by pictures and descriptions on their website, facebook, etc that made this company look like a fun and vibrant young workplace that offered decent pay for an entry level position. I was told to dress professionally and to bring a printed copy of my resume to my interview which also stood out me as strange, but I brushed this off as it was described as an entry level role. Upon arrival to the office, I was greeted by the head of HR who gave me a print out paper that asked to to list bullet points of what assets I could bring to the company. Again, super odd. I also found it very strange that the office was virtually empty besided HR and the interviewers. My interview was in the middle of the work day so I found it very weird that there were no workers around as it was an office job. I was then brought in to one of the offices for my interview. The only professional question I was asked was what attributes I look for in a company. The interviewer then asked me if I liked to travel. Conveniently, the interviewer claimed that the company sends employees on business trips to one of the places I specifically mentioned I like to travel to. The entire interview was 10 minutes max, There was little to no explanation of what the role I was interviewing for even entailed. The only information I received about the company was an extremely fast and rehearsed spiel that gave no specific details whatsoever. There was no opportunities for questions at the end of the interview and I was quickly ushered out of the office. That night I received a phone call inviting me to a second interview. However, this second interview was not a traditional sit down interview but would rather be a 2 hour long shadowing of a current employee. There were so many red flags about this company. Upon further research, I discovered this company is NOT a marketing agency as advertised but rather a MLM pyramid scheme. They prey on naive entry level workers and low income communities alike, sending employees out as independent contractors to scam the local community into purchasing phones. I realized this is why the office was void of any employees during my interview. They have also changed their name mutiple times and are now named Next Level Consultants. Beware of this company!!!! This job seems to good to be true because it is. It is clear they are trying to scam recent college grads with the promise of a well paying and fun entry level job with room for growth in the company, They are beyond fraudulent,

The interview process was a cool concept, i first talked to someone one on one and they asked me several questions. Then came in for a second interview where we played an ice breaker game, was interviewed by another employee for only about 5 minutes then sat in on a class about the owner, all he did was talk about himself. i left the 2nd interview not really knowing what work would look like or even what I would be doing.
