Applied online and received a call from HR to schedule a telephone interview, after the telephone converation was sent a Wonderlic test. Received a second telephone call from HR to schedule a face to face interview. Relaxed conversation with the Operations Manager, then job shadow and finally sat down with the Director of Operations. Entire interview process was two and a half hours.

I had a friend who formerly worked for CRST who had reached out to her former supervisor regarding the opening the had for DM. The next day I was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone interview. Two days later I had my first interview with two operations mangers, and three days after that I had my second interview with the senior leadership team. Both interviews were brief, direct, and informative. I started the week after my second interview. I think it was a very smooth onboarding process. Two thumbs up!
