Entretien
Consistent multiple persons who created a list of questions. I am sure they orchestrated them to ensure on overlap. Focuses on behavioral traits and past work experience. The titles of the employees were all Director, Executive Directive or Managing Director. The lengths of each interview were between 10 and 15 minutes. Each person seemed somewhat withdrawn maybe trying to put on a poker face. They were also fairly seasoned with most having the experience at CME of 10-15 years. The HR representative was very nice much more open then the others and seemed to indicate my success in landing the position.
