You pick your top 3 units and interview with each one the same day. I only interviewed with one unit because my top 3 were all in the same department. It was the nurse managers for all of Women’s Services and a couple nurses from the unit I was interviewing for. They were all very nice and not intimidating at all. Very sweet people. I heard back via phone call about 5 days later with an offer from the recruiter and was sent an email as well. Entire process from application to offer was about 5 weeks.
