Multiple rounds. First round was with HR. Straightforward, general questions about my background and how it related to the position. Second interview was with a senior sustainability professional. Quick and intense. Interviewer went through a number of sustainability related topics and asked what I knew about each. Third interview had a week between it and the second where I was asked to prepare a presentation on sustainability opportunities and risks for the firm. Presented the my work to the first two interviewers and the current sustainability analyst and they asked questions afterwards.

Fueron en total 4 entrevistas, 1 llamada con RH y 3 con las integrantes del equipo, realmente todo el proceso fue bueno, las entrevistas muy tranquilas y las líderes bastante amables, una fue en español las demás en inglés.
