I applied through their job posting, and was contacted by their recruiter via email to schedule a 60-minute video interview where I will be presenting my portfolio to 2 of the Designers.
There was no HR screening call prior to the portfolio review and they didn't provide further instructions on that.
There was only one designer showing up during the interview. He was friendly and shared helpful information about the role and the team. He asked questions about my design process and how I worked with the cross-functional team.
Overall, it was a great conversation but I didn't hear back from them more than a week after the interview. I guess this means I am rejected for this role.

Entretien
Es un proceso largo, en el que primero te hacen una entrevista para conocer más acerca de tu historia profesional. Después te envían una tarea que tienes que completar en 14 días como máximo, después es presentas tu proyecto que hiciste de tarea, acompañado de casos de estudio que tengas. Al final te hacen un whiteboard challenge, en donde te colocan un prompt y tienes que crear una solución de diseño basado en ello. Si todo eso sale bien, avanzas con un product manager para evaluar que tan buen fit cultural haces con la empresa.

I was given a take-home challenge, which required designing a high-fidelity interface and design system from scratch, and went through a long, multi-step interview process where another female designer snickered in the middle of my presentation and the director during my last 1:1 told me they actually weren't hiring at all. Received a generic rejection email afterwards. I wouldn't recommend. Save your time and apply elsewhere.
