I applied online and then was contacted by Director of Digital Marketing. We had a good conversation, and he liked my strong experience in the area. Then he promised to set up a conference call with the rest of his team just to learn more about each other. So what I got the next day was quite disappointing. Instead of promised conference call, I've got a notification that the company decided to move with another candidate. It is pretty sad when a business cannot fulfill its promises.
