Interviewed on my University campus, went on to the second round, then third in person. Didn't receive an offer after the third interview, when they basically told me I would unless I "really messed up". Didn't seem like a good fit regardless. Afterwards the recruiter who was helping me through the process me told me she would follow up with other opportunities in their other branches. She never did. Never heard anything after that! Overall was very disorganized, and for a recruiting firm very disappointing. Don't waste your time.
