Starts with a quick 10-15 minute phone screening in which they ask you some basic questions such as why you are interested in the position what your expected pay is etc. After that i went through 3 interviews all with different people. Interviews were all straight forward nothing very technical. Main focus was on past experiences. Going through your resume and/or LinkedIn account. They do a good job of learning about who you are and how you got there. Interviewers were all very friendly and atmosphere was relaxed.
