I applied online, then I was scheduled for an initial call with the senior engineer on the team. I was then given a take home python coding assignment on flight data. Next stage was the onsight interview. Which is 2 interviews; one technical and one behavioral. I panicked during the technical interview and failed to answer some basic questions correctly so didn’t get the offer.
