On campus interview then an interview at headquarters. It was a personality and skills based interview at first, and then more of a behavioral interview at headquarters. They had me walk through my resume with everyone on my team. I did two different interviews at headquarters.

Entretien
There was an on campus interview and an office visit. Both interviews were fairly similar. Questions were standard. The recruiters were very friendly, which eased any awkward silences or tension. Overall was a great experience.

Entretien
I had three interviews with Alliance Data before my internship started. Generally behavioral in nature. They wanted to get to know my story, passions, and goals. They have a fantastic intern program with exceptional support systems and care deeply about each intern. They offer fun events and outings. You get to know your other interns very well and get a quality feel for the company and how it operates. Alliance also does a good job of placing interns based on their skills and interests.
