Entretien
I had a brief phone interview, followed by a four-hour in-person interview which was basically four one-on-one interviews back-to-back. I met with the VP of Partner Development, one of the Account Managers, the current Account Coordinator, and a former Account Coordinator who is now an Account Specialist. The interviews were very conversational and were more about getting to know who I was as a person versus how much I knew about the position and whether I had the hard skills to match the job description.
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience and welcome to the team! So glad that you were able to really get to know our team through the face to face meeting.

First, there was a phone interview where they asked several questions to determine my skill set and personality. After this was complete, I was asked to come in to the office for two hours and met with several different team members at Brad's Deals. Everyone that I met with described, in detail, the requirements of the role I was applying for and described the culture at Brad's Deals.

I was offered the opportunity to be hired full-time at Brad's Deals after doing very well in my seasonal internship. I first interviewed with the Director of Partner Development who gave me an overview of the position. We went over my resume in detail and discussed my strengths/what value I could bring to the team. I had interviews over the next two weeks with the current members of the team, as well as the current account coordinator I would be joining. Finally, I interviewed with the COO of the company; this interview was the toughest. He asked me to give a sales pitch like I would in a client-facing situation as I would likely be promoted to account manager over the next few years and he wanted to know if I had the skills needed to move up in the department. He asked how my success can be measured and how my presence on the team would benefit the company. He also asked what new responsibilities I could take on that weren't already in the position's description. After about three weeks of the interview process, I was offered the position!
