Probably the worst interview process I've gone through due to: -Being forced to schedule my interviews with a nonfunctional AI tool. -Being given a lengthy writing assessment and then ghosted after asking for feedback on the assignment that I devoted a whole work day to putting together. -After two rounds of interviews, receiving a message from the AI scheduling tool informing me that I'd made it to the next round of interviews, and then subsequently being informed by the hiring manager that that message had been sent in error, and I would not be advancing to the next round.
