Interviewed for one position with seven different people, everything was going well, and then I was ghosted. No emails, no updates, no responses to follow up requests, all this despite some very strong interest from the hiring managers.

Took 8 months to respond to my initial application. Interviewed a couple weeks later. Average interview but waited an additional 6 weeks after the interview to find out that I did not receive the position
