Had a phone call with one of the recruiters. Loved my background and said I would be a great fit. Said the hiring manager will be calling me and nobody ever did. This recruiter went on vacation for a few weeks and promised me he would follow back up with me when he returned. Never did. I tried following up 2 times and no response. Unprofessional. Don't boost someone's ego by telling them how great they are and what a perfect fit they would be, then ghost them. At least send a quick email saying you went with someone else.

Easy, 1:1 interviews with 3 people. They asked basic questions about my background and what I was looking for. The interview took around 3 hours. I just had one on-site interview and no phone screen since I had already applied for another role before.

Entretien
Nice phone conversation with someone from HR who laid out what expectations were on both sides. Had 1:1 with three people later on. Those included were the hiring manager, hiring managers boss, and random other person from the department. Everyone was polite, on time, asked good but typical questions. Compared to other places where I have interviewed, security was aware I was coming in, seems to be a rarity these days.
Fit is very important to people there, ability too, but they spent plenty of time with questions on fit. Seemed like an interesting place to work, did not work out in my case, but the process did not leave a bad taste in my mouth. It never got to the point of negotiating salary, but they do not do hiring bonuses, at least not in the finance area.
