Recruiter called to screen me after I submitted an application. He asked what my salary requirements were. I said I would like to see the benefits to be able to answer. He would not desist, so I gave him the top of the posted job range. The salary range is enormous. Is Booz Allen paying some employees double for the same job. Recruiter said the top of the range was "ridiculous" and asked what what would I really accept. The top number is what I currently make with one of their competitors, so not ridiculous. Never heard back from them, which is fine, because I found the recruiter immensely rude and not a great representative of the company.
