J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Booz Allen Hamilton en août 2010
Entretien
My resume was passed from a recruiter to a Principle at the McLean office. I was then emailed to join him and his team members for lunch around the headquarters location. I accepted the lunch interview. While 4 Sr. Associates were invited, only 2 showed up with the Principle. I was told that it was an informal interview and to put my resume/notes away.
I talked for maybe 30 minutes about my job experience and current employer, I was asked several generic questions, mostly about my recent graduation from graduate school- less about my skill sets. Then they opened the floor for questions about the company and about what they each did. After 20 minutes of questions, they immediately presented an offer to 'join their team.' Though they could not tell me the exact position or the work that I would be doing. Without having a good understanding of the organization it was not apparent if this was normal practice.

Technician questions in Java and recent Java 11 familiarity?
The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
