At the fair, they ask you a mini technical question. If you answer it right you get the interview. I had one interview and didn't get anything afterward. I had a decent amount of trouble on the question and the interviewer helped me a lot in answering the question. On campus interview.

I've only done the first round so far. It was 10 minutes of resume diving and behavioral, and then 50 minute technical. They asked easy/medium leetcode question. This was an online interview done over zoom.
