I thought the process was good until it took nearly 3 months to fill the position... many rigorous rounds of interviews, presentations, and wasted time on essentially being ghosted.. corporate scrabbles and high turnover rates, despite barely having reviews on GD. I wish they would communicate actual needs in role instead of making me do projects and take time out of my life. Very disappointed in Biscuitville. There's no way you can be about people and culture and customers if you have a failing hiring process!
