Phone screenings followed by in person interviews. Four hours of interviews. No water or break was offered during that time. I had to ask to use the restroom between meetings. Three of four people seemed friendly and asked pertinent questions. The fourth was just rude and belittled every comment.

One interviewer was focused solely on savings initiatives as one would expect in a procurement role. One focused on IT knowledge as it was an IT category.
