2nd (peer) interview - 4/10 (each about 45 min, easy behavioral questions) After peer interview I received an offer. Had no previous hospital experience, but had my CNA license & customer service experience. Background check - 4/13
Drug test & Employee Health visit, badge ID photo - 4/16. Start date: 4/30

After being emailed about setting up an interview within a set window I had to reschedule three time and the recruiter had gone out of office for days and then upon returning told me the position was offered to someone I never even had to opportunity to interview.

Initial interview was a phone in interview followed by a virtual interview. It only took 10 minutes or less. The interview was like four or five questions all in all. Nice flowing. Easy.

Phone screener never reached back to me. The organization felt poor with the job feedback system. I applied to several roles but was ghosted from nearly all of them. Their job application section of the website is poorly made too.
