They pulled my resume from Monster.com and invited me for an "interview" which ended up being a 1 hour power point presentation about the company. We were then asked to fill out a questionnaire and write on there if we were interested in continuing the interview process. I said yes, so the 2nd "interview" was a 2 1/2 hour presentation with more details about the position. I was then called back for a one-on-one interview (quite simple and short) and was offered the position.
