J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bain & Company (Boston, MA) en nov. 2012

Applied to Consultant position for Moscow office through typical MBA on-campus recruiting. Had two first round interviews, one with an engagement manager and one with a partner. Both interviews were with people from the US offices and conducted in English, although I was previously told that they would be in Russian. The interviews were pretty straightforward and typical for Bain - very few behavioral questions (in fact one of them had none, the other included 1 or 2 questions about my resume), with the case discussion taking up most of 45 minutes. The cases were very typical for Bain. The interviewers were generally nice, but got very poor and useless feedback from them after being denied.

I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
First round case interviews. Got standard questions about profitability and market entry. IMO the most difficult part was reading complex charts and distilling the key insights with time pressure. There was little behavioral.
The interview was overall efficiently run and very professional. It had 2 stages; a case interview typical of management consuting interviews and a fit interview to assess cultural fit with the firm.
