J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez BAT (Asia) en févr. 2011
Entretien
BAT looks like a Chinese enterprise now, it is very hard to imagine they are the MNC company. They do not really respect your profession, knowledge & point of view. Also the way they handle job is not properly done in their internal departments. Candidate can do a lot of research nowadays but they trust their old system to measure candidate's value, its quite an old fashion company i will say.
Fair but rigorous. You go through different interviews with a different panel. Then you have to do a driving test for a manual car. The HR team is very supportive.
J'ai passé un entretien chez BAT (Australia Plains)
Entretien
Phone interview with a HR rep that progressed to in-person interview with a state sales manager and area sales manager, in-person involved a role play and generic questioning: "tell us about a time when...." etc etc. Was told I would be contacted regardless of outcome and to not follow up myself, never heard anything.
