HR really helpful throughout the whole process. Took a while to get update on next stage but overall interview experience is good. They show their respect and appreciation to candidates as long as you show youve done some research about the industry and BAT.

Applied through Linkedin, and the HR reached out through email with a time table to choose on my own of available interview time slot.
The first interview was a 15 minutes screening interview, with English and Japanese.
The HR was professional and nice, very good time management.

I applied through online, and think I heard back from them almost right after. I had to send an additional English resume and then got email for online interview. (through teams)
