Filled out application form online, 2 weeks later got invited for a phone interview. 3 weeks after phone interview I was invited to Portsmouth to attend a face-to-face interview. Questions are all job-based. Make sure you know the role you are applying for well and then talk about how the skills/experiences you have fit to that role. I was unsucessful but they call you to give you feedback which is very personalised.
