The recruitment process is exaggerated and long. You are not defending a doctoral thesis, you are just going to hire. Even the HR interview is unnecessarily long. The HR interviewer was extremely inexperienced and I also think they interviewed just to keep candidates in the pool. It was a company I knew as a good company in the sector, but It was just disappointing. They still can't stop asking these ridiculous questions when recruiting such as where do you see yourself next 3-5 years of why Axis etc.? They need to improve themselves!
