For me process is very easy,
4 Rounds , all round virtual.
1 is introduction round,
=> We connect over the phone and discuss about my current work and stack
2 Technical and 1 Final HR Round.
=> 1st technical round with senior guys ask basic JavaScript and react question , very friendly.
=> 2nd tech round with CTO, it's mostly technical discussion and he ask me about my technical approach in some technical difficulty and situation
